This is a sample event with registration. There are 25 spaces available for each occurrence of this event and it occurs every Wednesday. To register for it you can click Register Now below the event description.

If the day you are interested in attending is full try clicking one of the other available dates from the list below.

When a user registers for your events their contact information is sent to the event contact (listed below) so they can maintain a list of who will be attending. When an event reaches capacity a final list of all registrants is sent along with their contact information making it easy for event coordinators to communicate directly with their attendees.

With Helios' easy to use approval system event gathering is easy, just have your site visitors submit them. All events are held off of your public calendar pending review & approval. Make any changes to the event you'd like and then publish the event and send a thank you message to the event submitter in one click.

Commonly referred to as Stickers, Magnets or Widgets Helios allows your visitors to use simple copy & paste JavaScript code to syndicate your events (title, date & start time). When their visitors want to view the event details they click the event title and are brought to your site.

The example below will output up to the next 10 events on the Helios Calendar demo (duplicates in the same series will be limited to the first occuring). It is dynamic, so if you login to the admin and add a new event for today and refresh this page you will see your new event in the list.
